We offer our company drivers the following:

Compensation Program

  • Paid orientation and training $125/day
  • Once in truck without a trainer, guaranteed minimum of $190/day = $950/week for first 30 days
  • 25% of load revenue for 90 days (averages between
  • $1,300 and $1,600/week); review and potential increase to 26% after 90 days.
  • Guaranteed Weekend Home Time
